Watertowers can fly!

Why is this important? It’s one of the most advanced rocket engines attached to a structure that was literally welded together by a water tower company. The rocket engine - a staged combustion, methane-fueled rocket engine - powers a 9 meter (30 feet) diameter steel structure through a 150m (500 feet) hop from one pad to another. This is the last flight of this test article… A new structure called Starship is about to be finished for the next hop: first 20km (12.5 miles) high and then to orbit. All this to get humans to the moon, to mars, and beyond.
